Education : B.Tech( Mechanical/Automobile)

1. Assessing processes, take measurements and interpret data .
2. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output .
3. Regularly communicate & take follow-ups with the CFT members to achieving the assigned jobs.
4. Fix & Plan actions which are required to achieve the assigned jobs.
5. Track & monitor the progress made in each assigned tasks & take timely actions to rectify if any deviation found and report to leader regularly and report key issues at weekly meetings
6. Basic problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, 5-Why Analysis, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, 5S, 5M Analysis etc.
7. Maintain First Pass Yield/ First Time Through as per factory KPI .
8. Candidate must be proficient in at least 90% of required technical skills.
