3. Document Repair Work: Keep accurate records of all repair tasks, parts used, and time spent on each job for maintenance logs.
4. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
5. Learn and Develop Technical Skills: Actively engage in training and educational opportunities to enhance your understanding of repair techniques and industry standards.
6. Maintain Tools and Equipment: Ensure repair tools and machinery are in good working order and are properly maintained and stored.
7. Assist in Parts Management: Help with the organization, tracking, and restocking of parts inventory, ensuring that required parts are available for upcoming repairs.
8. Customer Service Support: Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring that repairs are done to satisfaction and explaining any necessary follow-up steps.
9. Perform Repairs Independently: Complete simpler repairs under supervision, demonstrating increasing independence as skills develop.
